I think it actually risks making smoking cooler,
The government should take that initiative, they should do all they can to stop people from smoking because of what it can cause
I definitely think it should be banned in younger children, but I'm not sure about aging it with them
Once they get to the age of 18 they should have their own free will to do what they want.

The impact on smokers quitting and ex-smokers relapsing would be lower if fewer flavours were restricted
