Anti-war protesters leave USC after police arrive, while Northeastern ceremony proceeds calmly
Los Angeles police made no arrests on Sunday while clearing a pro-Palestinian encampment at the University of Southern California following arrests and turmoil at universities across the United States over the Israel-Hamas war.
The encampment had restarted after the LAPD first arrested 93 people on April 24.
Violent clashes between protesters, counterprotesters, and police officers happened on multiple occasions last week.
