China: people hold vigil at scene where driver killed dozens of people

Officers found Fan self-harming with a knife in the vehicle, immediately stopped him and sent him to hospital for treatment. Due to severe neck injuries, Fan is currently unconscious, still undergoing emergency treatment and unable to be interrogated,

Fan drove a small off-road vehicle through the gate and forced his way into the city sports centre, ramming into citizens who were exercising on the internal roads of the sports centre.
