I'm not expecting there to be any new announcements on this particular action or a decision coming out of this meeting,
The president of Ukraine is in our country and he's making little nasty aspersions toward your favorite president, me,
Putin's aggression is not only an attack on the people of Ukraine, it is also an attack on fundamental principles such as sovereignty and territorial integrity,
We believe this war can be won and just peace can be close only with it
Russia will not prevail. Ukraine will prevail, and we'll continue to stand by you every step of the way,
We are witnessing how Russia is rapidly ramping up its weapons production and dramatically building up its armed forces. All of this leaves no doubt: For Putin's Russia, Ukraine is only the beginning,
Not for the first time, Putin is playing [a] gamble with his nuclear arsenal,
It's totally irresponsible, and I think many in the world have spoken clearly about that when he's been rattling the nuclear saber, including China in the past,
A signal that warns these countries of the consequences if they participate in an attack on our country by various means, not necessarily nuclear,
The United States and our international partners remain resolute in our commitment to prevent cybercrime facilitators like PM2BTC and Cryptex from operating with impunity,
If we let aggressors take land with impunity, [Russian President Vladimir] Putin could set his sights on Poland, the Baltic states and NATO allies,
My support for the people of Ukraine is unwavering,
Russia has nothing left but nuclear blackmail; it has no other instruments to intimidate the world,
The German armed forces are ready to become a central pillar of conventional deterrence and defense in Europe,
These proposals are the same of those of (President Vladimir) Putin. And let us be clear, they are not proposals for peace. Instead, they are proposals for surrender,
Neither Ukraine nor Russia is going to win this war, and the sooner that the parties try to end this, the better,
The most important moments in our history have come when we stood up to aggressors like Putin,
We stand with Ukraine, now and in the future,
If we don't make that fundamental choice this week, I think the outcome for Ukraine is dire,
History is so clear in reminding us, ... the United States cannot and should not isolate ourselves from the rest of the world. Isolation is not insulation.”
