I just really enjoyed that. I just got told myself 'when the gun goes, just run' and whatever happens, happens. It was a great race,
I have actually never forgotten a race so quickly in my life,
I was just on autopilot, but I practised for it, everything that I did up until that moment was to prepare myself to run that race, so I just knew how to do it, so I did it,
What makes her special, I love having an athlete that just doesn't take this too seriously and is just able to keep herself calm,
My mom heavily encouraged, almost forced me into it when I was in high school, because she knew I was fast,
She cares deeply about helping others,
I did not expect to feel how I felt when I crossed that line,
She needed some air-conditioning,

It’s the most bizarre feeling when you get into a flow and you get into that kind of energy where nothing matters but the finish line,

I have been doing really well in the 200 m all season,
There are a lot of egos, there are just a lot of moving parts, a lot of things going on,
I just gave the performance that I was looking for,
Records are meant to be broken, so somebody will come along and do the same to me,
With 100 meters to go, I knew I had enough,
I turned in what we call ‘our weaponry,’
You prepare for this moment and train so hard for this moment, but when it actually comes, it’s indescribable,
