The Foreign Office has issued a warning for anyone thinking of travelling to nine favourite holiday destinations for Brits with potential risk to life consequences if the advice isn't taken.
The National Hurricane Center expects Beryl to become a Category 4 by the time it hits the Windward Islands by late Sunday or early Monday.
As of 8 a.m. ET, Beryl was located about 420 miles east-southeast of Barbados.
A major hurricane is considered a Category 3 or higher on the Saffir-Simpson scale, with winds of at least 111 miles per hour.
